Welcome to Mini Cribs! By accessing or using our website, products, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website, products, or services.
1. Definitions
“Mini Cribs”, “we”, “our”, “us”: Refers to the company providing the products and services, including its directors and trustees.
“Customer” “User”, “you”, “your”: Refers to the individual or entity using our services.
“Services”: Refers to the website, products, and related services offered by Mini Cribs.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To purchase products or use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Order Acceptance, Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
Order Acceptance: You will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order. Mini Cribs reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time, for any reason. An order is considered accepted only when we have dispatched the product(s). Orders are subject to availability; if an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund. While we strive for pricing accuracy, we cannot confirm prices until an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment.
Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. We will provide estimated delivery dates, but these are subject to change. When you place a pre-order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your pre-order. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the product(s) to you. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are subject to acceptance and the same terms as the standard and pre-orders. Once production has begun, the Customer cannot cancel or return custom orders. However, Mini Cribs reserves the right to cancel or modify custom orders as necessary.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Where a typographical error in price has occurred, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If we cancel your order due to a typographical error in pricing and you have made payment, we will refund you immediately.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise specified. Simply registering your interest does not constitute a payment. For custom or pre-orders, payment may only require a deposit, this will be stated at checkout. We accept various payment methods as detailed on our website at checkout. Please note that you may be subject to additional fees by the respective payment merchant(s).
6. Pickup, Shipping and Delivery
Pickup: Mini Cribs provides the option for you to pick up your orders from our business address in Dunsborough, WA, after receiving notification that the order is ready. Orders must be collected within 1 week of this notification.
Shipping: Currently, we do not provide shipping services. However, we offer local delivery within a 400km from our business address. Should you require shipping beyond this distance, arrangements can be made through an independent courier or removalist company, at your own expense and responsibility.
Delivery: Our local delivery service extends within a 400km radius from our business address in Dunsborough, WA. For special deliveries outside of this radius, please contact us directly before placing an order to confirm the feasibility and pricing.

7. Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our cubby house products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, condition, or any other aspect of your purchase, please refer to the Warranty section below. To make a refund, please refer to our full Refund Policy [here].
8. Cancellation of Order
Orders can be cancelled by you within 24 hours of placement provided the product has not already been dispatched. If the product(s) have been dispatched, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation, or at our discretion, charge a cancellation fee commensurate to the delivery fee plus any additional costs incurred in returning the item(s) to our warehouse, including restocking and packing fees. For Custom Cribs orders, cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of placement. After this period, due to the bespoke nature of our custom-built Mini Cribs, we reserve the right to withhold any deposits to cover our time spent on designing and researching your custom-designed Mini Crib. Additionally, we reserve the right to reject any order without providing a reason. If an order is cancelled, we will try to get in touch with you using the information provided. Any received payment will be refunded using the original payment method.

9. Turn Around Times
Our products are made to order, and turnaround times are estimated. Due to factors beyond our control, such as material supplies, environmental conditions, staffing, and warehouse constraints, applying strict turnaround or delivery times is unrealistic. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to create and delivery your Mini Crib.
10. Warranty & Faulty Items
At Mini Cribs, we offer a consumer guarantee in line with ACCC guidelines. In cases where a faulty item was received, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please include detailed descriptions and images of the issues and send them via email to hello@minicribs.com.au. Please refer to our Faults & Warranty Policy [here] for full details and more information on known common issues such as misuse, improper completion of the DIY assembly process, and natural changes expected over time in a raw timber product.
11. Liability
Mini Cribs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from or in connection with your use of our products or services. Additionally, we disclaim any responsibility for losses or damage caused by this website, or any website linked to or from this website.
12. Installation, Care and Maintenance
By installing your Mini Cribs product, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, understood, and accepted the details outlined in the Installation Guide [here], and our Prepare, Care & Maintain Guide [here].
13. Intellectual Property, Trademarks & Copywrite
This website, along with all its content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the exclusive property of Mini Cribs and its directors and trustees. You are strictly prohibited from using any content without our express written permission. Unless otherwise specified, all materials displayed on this site, including text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly, and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Mini Cribs. You are permitted to use the content of this site solely for the purpose of shipping or placing an order and for no other purpose. Any unauthorised use, including copying, reproduction, modification, republishing, uploading, posting, transmission, or distribution of materials from this site, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. All rights are expressly granted herein are reserved. Unauthorised use of the materials on this site may result in legal action and penalties under copyright, trademark, or any other applicable laws.

15. Promotions
To redeem code-driven offers, customers must apply the relevant couple code during the checkout process. Codes cannot be added to completed orders, and multiple codes or offers cannot be combined on a single order. Mini Cribs reserves the right to amend promotional details at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
