Pickup
Mini Cribs offers the option for you to pick up your orders from our business address in Dunsborough, WA, after receiving notification that the order is ready. Orders must be collected within 1 week of this notification. If an order is not picked up within 7 days and unless prior agreement has been made, Mini Cribs reserves the right to charge storage fees of $20 per day, including the 7 days the order has already been held in storage awaiting pick up.
Shipping
Currently, we do not provide shipping services. However, we offer local delivery within a 400km radius from our business address. Should you require shipping beyond this distance, arrangements can be made through an independent courier or removalist company, at your own expense and responsibility. Please note that we do not have affiliation with or control over the courier/removalist, their terms and conditions, pricing, damage sustained whilst in transit, warranties, etc.
Delivery
We offer local delivery up to 400km radius from our business address in Dunsborough, WA. Mini Cribs does not engage third parties for delivery; instead, deliveries are handled by employees or direct contractors. We will assume responsibility for any lost or damaged goods in transit up until the point of delivery, provided there is no contact or assistance from you.Mini Cribs will not be held liable for delivery delays, loss or damage resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by you. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and honest delivery details before goods leave our workshop. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues or additional costs arising from unclear, inaccurate, or incomplete instructions. Any additional costs incurred by us due to incorrect delivery details will be your responsibility.
Turnaround Times and Lead Times
At Mini Cribs, we strive to provide estimated turnaround and lead times for our made-to-order products. However, please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on various factors beyond our control. Factors such as material supplies, environmental conditions, staffing, and warehouse operations can influence the production and delivery process.Due to these factors, applying strict turnaround or delivery time is unrealistic. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to create and deliver your Mini Crib.

Delivery Responsibilities
Before diving into the assembly of your Mini Crib, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all product components. If you notice any damage or missing parts, please refrain from assembly and contact us immediately for assistance.Please note that if you do not plan to assemble your product right away, we kindly request that you inspect all components within 7 business days of delivery. This ensures that we can promptly assist you with any necessary support or replacements. After this period, we may not be able to accept claims for missing components.

Refund Policy
At Mini Cribs, we’re dedicated to turning your mini’s dreams into reality, infusing every creation with joy, excitement, and endless fun. Ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with our business and products is our top priority.
We wholeheartedly stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues stemming from the handcrafted process or our delivery, rest assured we’ll promptly address them. We’re committed to resolving these issues, and in the rare event that repairs aren’t feasible, we’ll replace the product at no additional cost to you.
As a small business, we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchange for a change of mind. We encourage you to thoroughly review our product images, client reviews & testimonials, terms of service, and policies, and ask any questions you may have about the product before proceeding with an order.Additionally, we recommend you read our Prepare, Care & Maintain Guide [here] to ensure your timber product remains beautiful for years to come.

To request a refund please contact us at hello@minicribs.com.au with your order details, the reason for requesting a refund, and any supporting image or details you think will be helpful. We will endeavour to respond to your query within 48 hours of receipt of the email. We may request further information from you before making a decision. You will be informed of our decision by return email.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled by you within 24 hours of placement and provided the product has not already been dispatched. If the product(s) have been dispatched, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation, or at our discretion, charge a cancellation fee commensurate to the delivery fee plus any additional costs incurred in returning the item(s) to our warehouse, including restocking and packing fees.
For Custom Cribs orders, cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of placement. After this period, due to the bespoke nature of our custom-built Mini Cribs, we reserve the right to withhold any deposits to cover our time spent on designing and researching your custom-designed Mini Crib.
Additionally, we reserve the right to reject any order without providing a reason. If an order is cancelled, we will endeavour to contact you using the information provided. Any received payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
To request a cancellation please contact us at hello@minicribs.com.au with your order details, clearly stating ‘Cancellation’ in the email subject line, and clearly outlining your cancellation request. We will confirm your request within 24 hours of receipt of the email. Provided we have not dispatched the order, and this is not a Custom Crib, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of our approval of the cancellation.
Warranty & Faults
At Mini Cribs, we believe in the magic of childhood adventures and the joy of imaginative play. To ensure that every moment spent in our Mini Cribs cubby house is as wonderful and worry-free as possible, we offer a consumer guarantee per ACCC guidelines. Please note that damage or breakages resulting from vigorous play, mishandling, or improper completion of the DIY assembly process are not covered under our warranty. Additionally, whilst we pride ourselves on using high-quality raw materials in our Mini Cribs, timber is still a natural material and may change over time, including but not limited to chipping, splitting, or other natural variations. These changes are expected in raw timber products and are not covered under warranty. We recommend proper maintenance and care to prolong the lifespan of your Mini Cribs cubby house.

In cases where a faulty item was received, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please include detailed descriptions and images of the issues and send them via email to hello@minicribs.com.au.
If your claim for a faulty item is accepted, we will prioritise repairing the item or faulty part. In cases where repair is not quite possible, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please note that the availability of repair parts or replacement goods cannot be guaranteed by Mini Cribs. Rest assured, we will make every effort to handle your faulty item request promptly and keep you informed throughout the process.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Pinnacle Construction WA Pty Ltd T/as Mini Cribs (we, us or our) via the website located at www.minicribs.com.au (Website).
1. What information do we collect?
The kind of Personal Information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. The Personal Information which we collect and hold about you may include: First & Last name, full address, phone number, email address

a) We may collect Personal Information from you whenever you input such information into the Website, related app or provide it to Us in any other way.
b) We may also collect cookies from your computer which enable us to tell when you use the Website and also to help customise your Website experience. As a general rule, however, it is not possible to identify you personally from our use of cookies.
c) We generally don’t collect Sensitive Information, but when we do, we will comply with the preceding paragraph.
d) Where reasonable and practicable we collect your Personal Information from you only. However, sometimes we may be given information from a third party, in cases like this we will take steps to make you aware of the information that was provided by a third party.
4. Purpose of collection
a) We collect Personal Information to provide you with the best service experience possible on the Website and keep in touch with you about developments in our business.
b) We customarily only disclose Personal Information to our service providers who assist us in operating the Website. Your Personal Information may also be exposed from time to time to maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties.
c) By using our Website, you consent to the receipt of direct marketing material. We will only use your Personal Information for this purpose if we have collected such information direct from you, and if it is material of a type which you would reasonably expect to receive from use. We do not use sensitive Personal Information in direct marketing activity. Our direct marketing material will include a simple means by which you can request not to receive further communications of this nature, such as an unsubscribe button link.
5. Security, Access and correction
a) We store your Personal Information in a way that reasonably protects it from unauthorised access, misuse, modification or disclosure. When we no longer require your Personal Information for the purpose for which we obtained in, we will take reasonable steps to destroy and anonymise or de-identify it. Most of the Personal Information that is stored in our client files and records will be kept for a maximum of 7 years to fulfil our record keeping obligations.
b) The Australian Privacy Principles:
(i) permit you to obtain access to the Personal Information we hold about you in certain circumstances (Australian Privacy Principle 12); and
(ii) allow you to correct inaccurate Personal Information subject to certain exceptions (Australian Privacy Principle 13).
c) Where you would like to obtain such access, please contact us in writing on the contact details set out at the bottom of this privacy policy.
6. Complaint procedure
If you have a complaint concerning the manner in which we maintain the privacy of your Personal Information, please contact us as on the contact details set out at the bottom of this policy. All complaints will be considered by Rebecca Page and we may seek further information from you to clarify your concerns. If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner
7. Overseas transfer
Your Personal Information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Australia unless you expressly request us to do so. If you request us to transfer your Personal Information to an overseas recipient, the overseas recipient will not be required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for any mishandling of your information in such circumstances.
